Welcoming 2024 Mindfully: A 5-Day Intensive MBSR Retreat
Step away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life and spend some tranquil moments in the beautiful Phuket, Thailand. Conclude 2023 with a harmonized mind and body, and mindfully embark on 2024 with a refreshed spirit.
In our daily lives, our minds often become trapped by concerns about the uncertain future or by events of the past that we can no longer change, causing us distress. We also find ourselves troubled by various things beyond our control.
Mindfulness is about gently directing our attention to our own experiences and surroundings, keenly sensing them, recognizing our current state, and tenderly supporting ourselves.
Practicing mindfulness cultivates the ability to stay present, the power of awareness, and compassion. It also nurtures a heart of acceptance to skillfully handle uncontrollable situations. Scientific research has shown that this leads to reduced stress and depression and improved mental well-being.
This retreat will offer the Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) program, which underpins various evidence-based mindfulness programs, in an intensive 5-day format.
Whether you’re new to mindfulness or looking to deepen your understanding, we eagerly await your participation.
For those aspiring to teach the Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) in the future, this course will fulfill the prerequisite requirement of having “previously attended an MBSR course” before enrolling in the MBSR instructor training.

What is Mindfulness-Based Stree Reduction program (MBSR)?

The purpose of this program is to learn how to face stress, pain, and anxiety through the practice of mindfulness meditation. MBSR emphasizes the practice of mindfulness in daily life, encouraging participants to observe their own physical and mental states and understand the significance and value of being present in each moment.
