The International Mindfulness Center Asia Pacific (IMC AP) was established with the aim of promoting and utilizing evidence-based mindfulness in the Asia Pacific region. We began our activities in Japan as the International Mindfulness Center Japan (IMCJ), and in response to voices from surrounding countries hearing of our accomplishments and expressing their wish for training, we started our activities in Asia Pacific to create an environment where training can be received in English. We offer various programs that integrate the traditions of Eastern meditation with the insights of Western psychology.
